Informal Praise

Informal Praise is an opportunity to sing more songs of Praise to God than there might be time for in the morning services. We also have an interactive talk and opportunity to chat around tables about what we have heard and how we might apply it to our lives

Our next Informal Praise is Sunday 14 April. We start about 5:00pm, but refreshments are available from 4:45pm

Community Space

Saturdays Mornings 11:00am to 1:00pm

You are invited to our Community Space on Saturdays between 11:00am and 1:00pm. While holding Warm Space we found many people just like company, so come along for: -

• A Warm Welcome
• Free Tea and Coffee
• People to talk to
• Children's craft area
• Board Games
• Internet Access

 

The Big Help Out

Over 30 members of all ages from St Peter’s Church, Bury St Edmunds, spent the morning of Monday 8 May litter picking 50 local streets and public footpaths as part of the King's Coronation Big Help Out. 12 teams filled over 14 large bags.  Many great conversations were had with folk along the way. As a church family we love to serve our community which includes a weekly community space with coffee and cakes. We’d love to see you one Saturday morning.

St Peter’s Community Café at the Spread Eagle

St Peter’s has a community café each week at The Spread Eagle, Out Westgate, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 2DE.  Join us for a chat and a coffee or tea each Monday from 12:00-1:00pm. All welcome. Tell your friends. You may even like to stay on for lunch.
We’d like to thank The Spread Eagle for their welcome, hospitality and generosity to us. Tea and coffee by donation to MacMillan Cancer Support.
